How to Edit a PDF Online
This free online PDF editor lets you change a PDF directly in your browser, no software to install and no account required. Upload a document, make your edits visually on each page, and download the finished file. Uploaded files are processed over a secure connection and automatically deleted within one hour.
Editing tools
- Text: click anywhere to add a text box, then type. Choose font, size, colour and alignment.
- Image: insert a photo, logo or screenshot and position it anywhere on the page.
- Sign: draw your signature with a mouse or trackpad, or type your name, then drop it onto the page.
- Whiteout: cover mistakes or sensitive text with a clean white box.
- Highlight: drag a translucent highlight over important passages.
- Draw: sketch freehand annotations and arrows.
- Shapes: add rectangles, ellipses and lines with custom stroke and fill.
- Link: turn a region of the page into a clickable web link.
- Form field: add fillable text fields to build a simple form.
Page tools
Zoom in for precise placement, rotate individual pages, insert a blank page, or delete a page you no longer need. Use Undo and Redo (Ctrl+Z / Ctrl+Y) at any time, and press Delete to remove the selected element.
