Can I edit existing text inside the PDF?

This tool adds new text on top of the existing content. To reflow or correct existing body text, you would need a full PDF editor like Adobe Acrobat. For most annotation and review tasks, adding text boxes on top works well.

Can I delete existing text from the PDF?

Use the Redact PDF tool to permanently black out and remove existing text. The Edit PDF tool is for adding content, not removing it.
