way2pdf provides free online tools to convert, merge, split, compress, OCR, protect, sign, redact, compare, and otherwise process documents. All tools are offered “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that every operation will succeed for every file, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that results will meet your expectations. You use the tools at your own discretion and risk.

Accuracy of conversions and processing

PDF conversion, OCR text extraction, compression, and related operations depend heavily on how your source document was created. Complex layouts, unusual fonts, scanned images, password protection, and very large files can all affect quality. way2pdf does not promise 100% accuracy for every document. You should open and review every output—especially before professional, legal, financial, or academic use—and compare it against your original. If something looks wrong, try another tool on the site (for example OCR before PDF-to-Word) or keep a backup of your source file and reprocess with different settings.

File loss and backups

Processing documents online always carries some risk of error, interruption, or unexpected results. way2pdf automatically deletes uploaded and generated files from our servers within a short period (see the Privacy Policy). We are not liable for any loss of document data during processing, for failed conversions, or for files you do not download in time. Keep your own backups of important originals before using any tool on this site.
